3) What are the eating habits and approaches you've seen around your circle of friends, family, etc?

I've seen many people around me who've been maintaining diets, scheduling eating habits in their daily life. Everybody is different in what they need and how much they should consume to maintain a healthy body. To maintain a healthy body they consume adequate nutrition cause it's important to physical and optimal health. Moreover they even scheduled a diet plan which includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, Indian food with good healthy spices, less tea and coffee to avoid anxiety and insomnia, including lemon, ginger and garlic in daily food etc also consuming warm water each time and having fresh meals all the time with no additives or preservatives. I noticed that they are avoiding white elements like salt, sugar and super refined flour. Also avoid alcoholic beverages, sugary drinks, processed and packaged foods, excessive sodium intake and smoking and tobacco products. Instead they focus on water and hydrating beverages like cucumber juice, low fat milk and 100% fruit juice, herbal teas and decaf coffee, fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains and lean proteins. Beyond food habits and dietary plans they've managed weight by working and exercising, engaging in regular physical activity to improve overall health and well-being. 

I happened to see some ways they've been practising to wellness:

1: Longevity: making choices to promote overall health and increase life expectancy

2: Self esteem and body image: Working to develop a positive body image and self-esteem through healthy habits and self care.

3: Energy and productivity: Fueling their bodies to maintain energy levels and support daily activities

4: Disease prevention: Making a lifestyle to reduce the risk of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers.

4: Mindfulness: Practicing self-care stress management and well-being.
